DS Lite Charge Problem

my DS Lite has stopped charging up i really don't know what's happened. i plugged it in last night, came to play it today, and the red light came on to say that i hadn't charged it.

so i tried charging it again and the light won't come on, saying that it's charging up, so basically it's not recharging at all.

i've tried different plug sockets and still nothing. i can't try a different charger because i don't have one. i'm hoping that it's just the charger that needs replacing, but to be honest, i'm fearing the worst

wow... just after i posted that, i unplugged the charger at both ends, looked at both ends of it, nothing looked wrong, so i just plugged it back in again, for no real reason... and it's charging up!

i don't have a clue why it stopped charging, or why it's started charging again, i'm thinking the connectors where i plug the charger into my DS Lite are a little bit dodgy or something

i feel a lot better now, i thought it was screwed!

I would have been more suspicious of the battery (they only have so many charges.. though the number is supposed to be 500)

Its still in its year warranty, send it back to Nintendo if it happens again.

yeah... i will do, cheers Womp... when i realised it was charging again, i plugged it in and unplugged it again a few times... and it's charging fine now... hopefully it was just a little bit of dust or something on one of the contacts, and it's sorted out

we shall see... hopefully i won't have to send it to Nintendo
