I've see this on The Inquirer. I bet it was someone at the FCC who decided to have a laugh.
I got some funny looks the other day when talking to a Wii owning friend on the phone. I said "So have you been enjoying playing with your Wii?". The guys in the office didn't get what I was talking about at first and thought I was talking about someone dodgy :P
Edit: If you look closely you'll see WC45 at the end of it too.
