Yess, can NOT wait for this one. It might come out tomorrow, might come out the 24th. Can't come soon enough!

What do we know about the game, besides the fact it may have Nintendo Wi-Fi battling?

I think it's coming out later in the month. The possibilities are endless for Star Trek games considering the "touch" screen interface used in TNG. Should be a blast!

I believe the only folks that will buy this game are those frikkin' trekkies, Those morons will buy anything Star Trek!

I'm not a Trekkie but I think it looks cool. You'd say the same thing about Pokemon but then again, here I am with Mystery Dungeon.

For the record Sega's Star Trek arcade was one of my all time faves and I was always more of a Star Wars fan. :::shrugs:::

true, but Star Trek (by today's standards) is boring
Even if Star Trek: Tactical Assault is good
I can assure you, The only people buying this game will be trekkies because they love Star Trek no matter what

I prefer to have an open mind to stuff rather than "diss" anything before playing. Bethesda now have the Star Trek license. The Dev's for this particular game are Quicksilver. Judging from the screenshots/demo video and the E3 previews from various web sites, it might actually be a fun strategy game.

Star Trek: Tactical Assault is a real-time spaceship combat game for 1 or 2 players, featuring a wide array of authentic Star Trek races, ships, and weaponry from the universe of the original Star Trek series. Players take command of powerful Federation and Klingon warships and must outthink and out duel their opponents in order to succeed. Play through either the Federation or Klingon campaigns in single-player mode or go head-to-head against a friend in wireless multiplayer action.
