Try a text laden site that's designed with PDAs and such in kind like this one.
There's a ton of difference between viewing a site in text only mode and viewing a text only site.

Right, I have a bunch of mobile sites as my start homepage. Its still frustrating because you have to figure this thing was made with the idea you COULD be browsing a site such as MW with some quality.
Oh well. Tis a shame. :/
