Half Life 2 - Episode One

So finally Gordon Freeman begins to realise he is Jedi material despite being an annoying whiny kid and falls in love with a much older Queen Amidala..

uhh whoa, wrong Episode One.. damn :-)
I just got this yesterday and have been enjoying it,
anyone have any thoughts?

I already have it preloaded and will most likely pay to unlock it at some point.

I just hope that there is $20 worth of entertainment / enjoyment in there.

Hrm... well... yea.. 3 hours is just about as long as it goes though it seemed more like 1.5 hours.. :-/
$20 isn't worth it IMO..
Wait for it and the next few episodes to come out in one full expansion package instead I say... because it is actually really fun..
Much more puzzle oriented than previously!

It's worth the $20, What I liked about this one more.

It plays like your playing a movie, yet playing a FPS puzzle game + Horror.

So personally I think its worth the money, it makes you think.

It also comes with HL1 DM source to... (as well as HL2 DM as well, awesome!)

Yea I forgot to mention that..
This expansion does not require the full retail of Half Life 2 at all and if you want multiplayer HL2 this is a pretty cheap way to get it...
As well I wonder if you can play custom made single player mods/maps like Minerva or The Mistake of Pythagoras from Episode 1...
It combines some of the best elements from Half Life 2.. particularly Ravenholm only by putting it in the city.. (and also the Citadel, I loved going through there with a super gravity gun again)
Man those new combine zombies are a real terror especially when you have no light to see anything except your own flashlight hehe

But worth $20? I dont know.. maybe if you actually haven't gotten Half Life 2 yet and want to see what its like (massive spoilers though if you do get this one first) or got HL2 on the Xbox instead and want multiplayer..
Good distinction on HL1 DM Source - I don't think there's any other way you can get that.. is there?
