msconfig tweakin 'n lovin

I know there are tons of help sites out there for advice on how to tweak WinXP and whatnot, but I'm curious to know if you people have any pointers on what is safe versus NOT safe to disable in the "Sytem Configuration Utility" under the 'SERVICES' and 'STARTUP' tabs.

Also, if there's any favorite sites for tweaking XP that you like, liste 'em here!

I personally swear by the Black Viper's configs..
However his original site is down for who knows how long.. Fortunately it has been archived/copied in other sites..
