Hmmm... not that I'd want to do most of those things anyway... 30 or not.

The ESA says that the average gamer is 30 years old. It’s time that those of us who are 30 or older realize that some of the things we grew up doing as gamers are no longer really appropriate, cool, or kosher given our new demographic bucket. Here, then, is a helpful guide to 29 things a gamer should never do past the age of 30.

Seriously, that hadoken thing sounds extremely stupid... who would do something like that?

Can someone explain me what "bogart the controller" means? Is it related to Humphrey in any way?

"Bogart" druggy slang for "hogging" something; "don't bogart the pipe, maaan!"

that hadoken thing is extremely stupid, not that I've seen it, but it sounds like something a cosplayer would do (then again, cosplaying is pretty stupid in its own right, unless its in the privacy of your bedroom with your significant other :P).
