don't know about anyone else but I really like the Anniversary spots as it gives some little known insight the topics, can't think of it off the top of my head but you had mentioned that there was a piece that was beyond the topic of the show which I am assuming you mean it was too broad to cover at that point but I would love to hear a follow up to it. I believe it was when you were talking about the Space Ace portion of the show.
"How about the parents do their damn job as parents and stop blaming entertainment, art and the media. The artist is not responsible for your kid being a damn idiot." - From Oedipus on Forum one of the funniest things I have ever read!
I have played almost every arcade game made and of course that included the laser disc games. I don’t recall having any seizures or fainting and the like after playing games. I was probably tired if it was a long visit to the arcade, but I am sure that was normal. As most of us classic gamers know, there was no such thing as a seizure warning back in the day. Much less that it appeared on the screen or even had a sticker on the machine. Ahh yes, the good old days of gaming. It makes me wonder if any game manufacturer even had a seizure meter back in the day. I am going to throw out an opinion here and that is if someone can get a seizure from video games, they are probably going to get one no matter what colors appear on the screen or what the animation is doing. Maybe Nintendo is trying to put out a product that does not emulate the original faithfully and hope that no one will notice.
On another note, the Remix of Marble Madness clip still sounded cool. Even in mono!
