Pretty good article and video's....very informative. It's looking like I'll want to turn it into a tablet. For the price, you really can't go wrong with this.

Tripped the hammer...it fell down!
The Nook Color App Market is not the full fledged Android Market you would find on your phone either, so that would definitely be a perk to rooting. However there really is a clarity issue comparing stock Nook Color and one running Froyo. Things are definitely not as crisp...now that I see someone saying the same I can feel safe in knowing it wasn't just my eyes.

The B&N environment is a fixed one. They can do anything they want with settings, tweaks, etc. But, you change your LCD density or whatever to match what it ships with, and half the android apps have a shit attack.
You either want to run B&N shit or you want pure Android. Angry Birds look insane on the tablet, so I don't know what the issue is![]()

Hey Shane, I assume you are still running CM7? What build? I just flashed the latest RC1 and have had some issues. I wonder if I should other builds, try the 'stable', older version. Thoughts?
You know, a recent update DID give me some problems .. but then I went one more, and it seemed to calm down.
