Yes I got the SC1200. Only had a chance to test the motion sensors last night but it's working as expected. And I can turn it on via my phone. Pretty cool. I'm waiting on my camera, I ordered it from a different site because it was half the price on the x10 site.

The Facebook deal wasn't approved at first but one of the techs rallied for it to be applied and it eventually got approved for the new unit. I followed that on facebook around the time I got my setup.
I guess it's a tossup on their customer service, when I called in I didn't have any problems and the sales lady actually knew what she was talking about. Only problem I have right now is I can't use my 'bonus bucks' that they emailed me. They never show up in the discount section when I try to activate them.

As far as the hardware goes, the plastic on the sensors feels a bit lightweight(probably because they are from China), trying to pry them open to put the batteries in leaves scratches. My door sensor seems to have trouble when I put it on the outer edge (the side that opens) but seems to be ok when I moved it to the top of the door.
