After seeing that two of Giant Bomb's guest Top 10 lists had this game listed as one of their favorite for the year, I decided I would check it out (it is free, after all). Digital: A Love Story is an hour-or-so-long interactive novel set in 1988 that takes place entirely inside a fake Amiga Workbench-esque OS, in which you visit and interact with BBSs in order to progress the story.

Normally when it comes to these sorts of short indie concept games that everyone raves about I end up finding them disgustingly pretentious, but this isn't the case here. The story certainly isn't something everyone will be into, but I ended up loving it. I definitely recommend people try it out, especially if you're into BBSs and all that (like I know plenty of people here are).
