When you catch up to his shows, I think you'll hear what I hear in his latest monologues. You don't have to do much reading-between-the-lines to "safely" assume that it's pretty much over and he has other opportunities in mind based on the latest of what he's been saying and the hints he's been dropping. I don't know what those are, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't involve satellite. Naturally, his plans are fluid, so who knows what kinds of offers he'll get at the last minute, even from satellite, not the least of which could be a schedule change, but really - at least for now - it seems clear that he's not staying.
