The other MAP 2010 threads were mainly about prepping and booking flights, so I thought with MAP officially here we could move the discussion along.

First off, Worknman, what's with you posting the same angry-looking pic you use for your forums avatar in the drop box? How about a new pic that's not so scary?

Sad as it may be, that's the best/most recent one I have. My camera is up in a closet somewhere with dead batteries, and I really don't feel like dragging it out. If ya'll want a better pic, somebody can take one when I arrive and post it

Thanks to my friend Chip, a crisis was averted.

I accidently nuked my emulation drive on the Mame cab - pretty much losing years of collecting and work. I've spent the last 2 weeks recovering the contents from various sources.

One of the biggest loses (with the most difficult path to recovery) was a near complete Daphne set.

However, an overnighted portable hard drive shipped via Amazon Prime (service is worth EVERY penny) and Chip's quick turn around afforded us a complete set for the show. We actually have .. umm... MORE than a complete set. I can't talk about it publically - but you attendees are going to see something BRAND NEW at the show!

Anyway, I finally got all my Visual Pinball stuff back up to speed too - so plan on playing your favorite tables via emulation as well.

We scored a projector this year - so plan on playing some games on the BIG SCREEN (can you imagine 10 foot tall Deluxe Galaga?)

Man, this year is going to FRIGGIN' ROCK!
