Preparations for Monroe-A-Palooza Kick Off (MonroeWorld TV LIVE Coverage)

I just finished packing and have all the gear squared away for this year's Live Coverage on MonroeWorld TV.

This year I've got three HD webcams with omnidirectional mics, so we'll have plenty of shots of the whole venue running in picture-in-picture mode. I also have a fourth video source input for live gameplay footage, so whether we're playing Amiga CD32, Wii, Atari 2600, or whatever else, we'll split the video out and run it into the live feed as well.

I also have my Droid X set up with ustream for some live mobile footage, so stick around in chat whenever we leave the venue--whether we're making our yearly pilgrimage to Shane's Gamestop, our field trips to Fry's or Bookman's, or just having lunch at a local burger joint, you never know where we might start broadcasting from! Don't miss it!

Anyone who's not coming to MAP planning on hanging out in chat and watching the feed for a good chunk of the day Saturday?

For those that do, please let me know if any problems occur with the feed or sound, etc. throughout the day--ustream can get quirky when a feed lasts more than a few hours. I'll be hanging out in chat and can be reached via PM too.
