yeah, I got two invites the day before ...
Well, Google had a LOT of services that don't had ads or "monetization" in them yet ... I think it will be awhile.

I just tried it out and even though I'm not a huge chatter bug, I can see how useful this will be. I like how I was able to find a local number that spelled my name. I'm just worried how evil-do'ers would use a service like this to hide themselves.

This is by far one of the best things Google has put out.
It's great to use for when you don't want to use your main phone number, especially if you are like me and only use cell phones instead of having a home phone.

I love voice transcribed messages. I haven't actually LISTENED to a voice mail since I got it.

I like to use it to screen calls.
When looking for new work, I get a calls with too much fluff in them. So the transcripts make it real easy to get to meat of what the caller wants.
