So Tiger and Elin (his wife) have refused to talk to the police yet again to explain what caused him to drive over a fire hydrant and trash the neighbours tree at 2am in the morning

Here's my thoughts:

His wife and him had a row over allegations of Tiger scoring a "hole in one" with another woman
Tiger flees the house with his wife in hot pursuit
As he attempts to drive away she smashes his rear window causing him distraction and thus making him career into said hydrant and tree
After he got out of the vehicle she attacked him with the golf club partially knocking him unconscious. Hence the cut to the mouth

Things to note:
The airbag did not go off so in the vehicle so he must have been travelling at a low speed
Its 2am in the morning. Where was he going?

Why is he continually refusing to answer police enquires? Because he needs to remain the Mr Clean, 'whiter than white', Nike / Guilette guy. The Mr perfect family man. Mary bleeding Poppins of Golf land

Hehe, have you been reading TMZ? This is exactly what they reported the day the accident happened. Allegedly, Tiger told someone this is exactly what went down. He is also alleged to have said he'll need a "kobe special" (a house on a finger).

Here's my take:

Tiger get married to this hot swedish model chick. He's really happy getting laid often so he decided to get married and have some kids. Once the kids arrive, he's no longer getting laid, so he started banging some chick on the side. Wife gets pissed off, and beats the crap out of him. She takes half of his crap, plus demands that he pay 50k plus in child support.

I don't care if they argued and had a ding dong but trying to hide it all for the sake of reputation and greed just drops one notch from the respect-o-graph for me

I wonder if Tiger had that Nike slogan on his mind before banging that other woman --- "Just do it!"
