Reasons why I don't order online - I can horribly go wrong or someone *checks your mailbox more often* muhahaha!
Out of all the thousands upon thousands of items I ordered over the years, using all the major parcel services, only 1 fell off the truck somewhere and was never heard from again. The money was promptly refunded after going thru the process. Which is basically, call or email.....wait till they declare it lost (or find it), file the paperwork, collect the money. And stay on top of the situation.

I can't say I've had bad service in the past BUT I can say that I sent out a package on 28 August that STILL hasn't arrived to its destination.

Just got off the phone with Amazon. They are going to ship me another copy of Borderlands, overnight at no extra charge. If the other copy of Borderlands ever show, I can either return it or can let them know so they can charge me for it.... Hmmm, I wonder....

I'd return it.....they'll probably find out anyway if you just keep it and say nothing. Don't even open the package, just get a black marker and write "RETURN TO SENDER" on it and give it back to the postman or drop it off at the post office.

I had a similar incident a month or so ago. Amazon did the same for me and overnighted it to me. Second one showed up the next day (Stupid temp delivery guy dropped it off at the wrong address). Amazon emailed me a mailing label and I just dropped it back in the mailbox.
I've only had to use Amazon's customer services a few times but each time it was a pleasant experience. So unusual compared to the rest of the rejects out there.
And fyi, unlike our resident nutcase, I almost exclusively order online these days. I've ordered probably thousands of dollars worth of stuff in the last year alone and I've only had 1 problem as I stated above (and they overnighted a replacement to me at their cost). So I guess we can add paranoid to the delusional one's ailments.![]()
