Hello There,
My name is James Joell I am a 19 year old college student at Southdowns College in Hampshire.
My life is about to take a turning point, after the last five years my life has gathered a routine
that has surrendered me to a depressing lifestyle in which I have gained weight, lost motivation
and become short of confidence. I still am, but I am trying a mammoth task. After looking at Luke
Reinhart's philosophy of using dice to dictate your lifestyle I have decided to take on a task to
improve my life. For the next 365 days as of 28/4/2005 I shall be making life decisions based on
the die of a dice. Film maker Matthew Clarke will be filming most of the process and as your are a
reputable station for broadcasting ground breaking and innovative ideas, I thought I would bring
this to your attention, before the documentary sets itself up for the raindance festival in 2007.
Of course, things can go wrong and its day 1 for me right now, but I am determined to change my life
and he most important thing is THE VIEWERS ON MY WEBSITE, INTERACT WITH WHAT I DO they're suggestions
dictate my leisure time, help overcome my fears and alround hit upon the bizarre and limit pushing ideals.
I would appreciate it greatly to hear back from you, and your thoughts on this project. I do take inspiration from
The Diceman travel documentary shown on the discovery channel, but it never pushed on boundaries in which it
affects someones life, which I am doing now.
For more information log on to http://www.diceman.tk the website is updated live with pictures, video and text
every evening and we would much appreciate any type of free press or promotion to help the awareness of this
project.
Kind regards,
James Joell
