Oh I'm sure Little Big Planet could be done on the 360. However, PS3 desperately needs this game right now. From close friends of mine who are on the beta, they love it. That gives me hope that it might hold some value. The videos, writeups I've seen so far aren't really giving me warm fuzzies.

I have found that the PS3 makes an excellent media player - for BR, DVDs and for media server streaming alike. My whitebox shows are upsampled and look better on the PS3 than on my whitebox itself. Unfortunately, the featureset of the media player on the PS3 is very generic and doesn't support all the good stuff that say, Media Portal does.

Still, for quick and dirty stuff - it does the job.

Tally - Lair sucks. I don't trust you. (Yes, I used the control fix)

Just cause you don't like lair doesn't mean you shouldn't trust me. Some games amaze me some don't. I try to play everything and have fun.
Well telling me it sucks really doesn't let me know why if you could explain why it sucks.. I will most likely agree with you, for example the controls! alot of people had a hard time getting the dragon to do things. But again I am use to hardcore controled games like that.
I enjoyed Lair cause it is a hardcore shooter and I love hardcore games for example "Galaxy Force 2" Not many liked that game in the arcades. I loved it!

I think Shane said it best in this episode when he mentioned that the PS3 is "a Bluray player that just happens to play games". That's so very true. Great Bluray player, but there's no doubt why it's in last place this generation.

Not sure if this is the one with the bug talk. You wacky Americans write your dates back to front, but anyway, I used to work in a timber yard years ago, and we imported timber from Portugal, Brazil and Chile.

The timber packs would sometimes have huge bugs in them. Great big beetles that we would catch and keep in boxes, then at lunchtime we would race them along the factory floor.

These things were fast, and so big that you could hear their feet clicking on the floor.

There are some houses in my town that were built on a base of ash, which apparently cockroaches love to live in

Over the years the council tried everything, but they could never get rid of them, and now these houses get treated free of charge every year.

LOL; exactly dude! I've had this peeve for years. I don't know why in the US people write the date all screwed up, with the Month/Day/Year format.

That makes no sense... the sensible way should either be: Day/Month/Year like in Latinamerica or Year/Month/Day as they use it in some parts of Europe. Go either ascending or descending.

First thing I do after I reinstall Windows is change the date format back to normal

Dudes, I've never known ANY other way of formatting dates. m/d/y is the only way I feel comfortable about dates.
