According to Gamester and their hands-on with Peggle's sequel, PopCap will now give players more levels and another character to play around with. A squidlike creature but the name of it hasn’t been decided.

Peggle Nights explores the dream world for each of the Peggle masters. For example, in Bjorn the Unicorn’s level, he imagines he’s a crime fighter. Kat Tut fantasizes about being a circus performer.

That is just wrong! maybe it will come out for the xbox 360 eventually like Bejeweled 2.
