Wii Minute Radio - June 2008 Show is here!

The June 2008 Edition of Wii Minute Radio is now available.

On this month's show we have reviews and impressions of Nintendo's latest device for Wii: Wii Fit, along with the first Balance Board compatible game, We Ski from Bandai Namco. We've got a full review of Steven Speilberg's and EA's Boom Blox, as well as impressions on movie-themed title Speed Racer. We'll talk about launch month WiiWare games Lost Winds and Dr. Mario Online RX, and we'll cover the many games on deck for Wii over the coming summer months.

Great show so far... Listened to the first half this morning. Looks like I'll be picking up Boom Blox sooner than later and when I get there, I'll have to condsider Wii Ski...

Boom Blox is amazing...One of the best Wii games available.

Done deal... I traded in some 360 games that I'll never get around to playing and picked up Blox & Ski. Turns out Gamestop give you an additional $10 credit when you trade in 2 "nex-gen" games. That started today. So I said goodbye to: Assasin's Creed, R6V2, NFS Carbon & Avatar...

uummmm... I'm not sure. I played it for 5 minutes or so. Basic button masher. I thought my daughter might like it, since it's a Nickelodeon game, but she wasn't impressed. She only became interested in the 360 recently for two reasons:

1. Pink controller. She used to look at the 360 controller like some foreign alien object. "What do all those buttons do?" She like the Simpson's game now that she has a pink controller...

2. DDR. Came across a great deal on the bundle ($30 including pad) and she loves that thing. Great way to burn off energy...
