The Custom Report System is pretty much operational.

    • Go to your My.DSR page.
    • Find the My Saved Searches on the right.
    • Click Create New Search.
    • Set up your search, hit PREVIEW.
    • If it is what you want, type in a name and save it.
    • From now on, you can access the results right from your My.DSR page.
    Some notes:
    • I haven't tested it much at all. I'm sure there WILL be issues. Your bug reports will help.
    • You cannot yet DELETE a search you've created.
    • There are features missing - like emailing the search results to a friend, getting a print friendly copy, etc.
    • Searches will somehow be sharable - so you don't have to write searches if someone else already has one. Hint: Name your searches something that make sense, please
    • You cannot EDIT searches (probably never will - way too much work). You will, of course, be able to delete an old one and make a replacement.
    • I'll be working on replacing the existing reports with this system so that all the reports on the site are now functioning off the same core stuff.

Already found some bugs just playing with it myself ...

    • Any report created requiring x number of votes won't hold properly when you recall the results.
    • I forgot to add DYNAMIC dates (like NOW() ) into the equation. So a COMING SOON report would be from a FIXED date. That sucks. Ah well, there is always v2.0. Fortunately I am able to CAN some reports that need this, but unfortunately, the end user cannot create their own list with that.
    • Forgot to incorporate a couple of dynamic fields (like CATEGORY and PUBLISHER) to allow for lists to be created based on pass through data - so I cannot make a list of just games by a publisher chosen dynamically. This is important enough to fix, and I shall.
    • Something is wrong showing the categories . hmmm....

Uploaded screenshots for pretty much all the "A" titles for the DS with a couple of exceptions (stuff I couldn't quickly find).

Since we started adding screenshots to the database, we've now reached over 140 screens. I added a counter to the STATS page so people could see how we're doing.

I've added the ability for our editors to add Wii and vertical oriented screenshots to the database - so if a screenshot no longer fits, you'll get a thumbnail and a "bigger" version upon clicking.

There is also now a screenshot indicator in the database listing so you can IMMEDIATELY see if a game has a screenshot before you go see it.

    Whoot.

    That's nice.

It's now becoming a problem looking through the database in it's entirety or even by letter in some cases as it's becoming so big.
