Syncing other MP3 Players w/ iTunes?

My iPod recently broke, and I do not want to throw down a lot of money for another overpriced mp3 player. The problem is, I have every single mp3 of mine in the iTunes directory. Is there any software (mac) to let me sync other mp3 players with my iTunes?

I guess I should ask my iTunes question here then.

My dad wiped my PC's HDD without asking me, because he thought there was a problem with my computer (he told me this AFTER wiping my HDD), and turns out there was nothing wrong. So my question is, my whole music library is on my iPod Video 30gb 5g, and since my HDD got wiped, so did my PC library. Is there any way I can transfer ALL of my music, photos, videos, and podcasts to my iTunes PC library, so I don't have to import/download all my songs/podcasts over again (I keep a whole archive of podcasts on my iPod, ive got gigs to burn). Note that all of my songs are on my iPod in some wired format and the files are renamed, too. My sister also used the same PC to update her iPod, so I have a second backup copy on her iPod too. I seriously need help.
