DS can't play any online games

I'm wondering if anyone else is having this problem.

• You start up any wifi game
• It connects to Nintendo's service
• The game searches for players but no one ever shows up.

I tried this with all my wifi games and get the same problem. Maybe Nintendo is blocking modified DSs (Flashme firmware). Maybe its the fact that I'm using my official USB as a Soft AP.

Any solutions would be much appreciated.

What games have you tried ? Some games there will be simply no one playing them.

I have tried old and new games such as:

Mario Kart
Tetris DS
Metroid Prime
Picross DS
Planet Puzzle League
Clubhouse games

When I'm at the "Searching for Players" screen, not one possible player shows up. As for playing with friends, hopefully I can try that out soon in Puzzle League.

What I might be planning on doing is either update the flashme from 7 to v. 8 or removing the flashme altogether.

oh yeah and that. I think pokemon was the last game I got to play online, but like I said this is for games that have the Search for players feature. I guess pokemon sorta has that. Pokemon was the last DS game I got to play online but was against a friend.

Maybe nintendo wifi service was down when you tried.

There's almost always someone playing mario kart.

I was on last night at 10pm looking for PPL players, and it was pretty damn slow. Managed to find someone finally.

I believe that's what most people play.
