The Sega Master System sound chip usually gets a lot of negative press in the online community. Bad drums, bad bass, just plain bad. Its true music on the SMS never reached the same heights as the NES, but then again the NES had more developers, a longer life span and several add on chips to improve the audio capabilities of the system. There are many good audio tracks on the SMS and the first level of Fantasy Zone is one of these. It's a catchy tune that is well executed on the SMS hardware.
