I own so few games. I decided not to buy any more until I get an SP.

River City Ransom EX
Castlevania: CotM
Metroid Fusion

That's all I own.

THere's a neat game coming out called Super Army War. Reminds me of Defender. You play as either a copter or plane and there is a battlefield. One side is your force and the other is the enemy. You have to help fight off the other side while performing basic managing details for your side. You then have to circle back to a carrier or base to replenish bombs and health.

The site is at www.atlus.com the link is there.

If you like 2D action you should also checkout Astroboy.

A strange little gem I found was Lego Drome Racers, its kinda like a mash of virtua racer and mario cart. A good game that went under everyones radar, most likely because of its "lego" license.

Among some of my other favorite games;
phantasy star collection
namco museum
all 3 castlevanias
both metroids
Lotr two towers and rotk
Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo
Final Fight

After Getting a DS i've discovered the wonderful world of GBA.

Advance Wars
Metroid Fusion (i cant believe how amazing this game is)
Astro Boy: Omega Factor (wow)

Im now looking for a big meaty shooter (metal slug maybe?)

Galaga will never die

I quite enjoy playing platformers on the GBA. Such as Castlevania: Harmony Of Dissonance, Sonic Advance 3, and the Metroid games - all top notch.

I wish there were more pure arcade action (e.g. shooting) games on the system though.

King of the Fighters EX (ok its pretty average but im enjoying it)

Im now looking for a big meaty shooter (metal slug maybe?)

Honestly, GBA on DS is a totally different experience. The graphics look so much better thanks to the screens. Its like getting an SP upgrade.

I played Fire Pro wrestling on the Orignal GBA and found it a real struggle to see anything. Which i think put me off a bit from buying a GBA.

In the UK the GBA SP sells for £89.99 (with 1 game) and the DS sells for £99 it makes sense to go for the DS best of both worlds.

Chu Chu Rocket kills a hell of a lot of time in airports.

Just about all I play besides Metroid Fusion. My favorite game on GBA so far.

EDIT: And just for the record, all the fighting games on GBA sucked. I'd rather just wait til I got home to play those

Only if you're talking about playing GBA games on a frontlit SP system. But the graphics look EXCELLENT on the upgraded SP's with the brighter backlit screen. No need for a DS if you have a SP with the brighter backlit screen.
