It looks like the Jerry Garcia family is suing some Taco restaurants for using his images and likeness in an inappropriate way ( means not paying fat cash to the family )

I am of two minds on this :
I know I wouldn't want to be associated from selling tacos (doesn't matter if I'm dead ) but
What the hell is going on with this purchasing and selling of dead people's persona , images , and likeness ?
I know that I would be rolling over in my grave if I knew that my heirs were only getting richer based on selling parts of me after I'm dead.
Makes me want to throw all my *s*h*i*t in a Mausoleum after I pass on ( No , this cannot be! ) and put on a lock that has no key .
