Well, As I promised I will give you feedback on the action replay Max edition. I had a question regarding two things, the DVD Region X feature and the Mega Drive Emulator feature.

Firstly the DVD Region X feature seems to be pretty stable, I tried a taiwan version of Kill Bill and everything ran smoothly. Have not tried any other regions but its promising from what I have seen so far.

However, I am dissapointed with the DIVX playback and the PGENS mega drive emulator, PGENS tends to crash alllot I get a 1 in every 3 game success rate on the emulator but the sound is jerky without question. I am now keeping my mega drive because of the dicey emulation. The package as a whole is good value for money $30 brand new on ebay, good price for allot of features but the emulation is dissapointing and I've wasted half a dozen blank CD's so far on poor emulation, however it does play allot of the classics like Speedball 2, Cool Spot, Zool and Alex The Kidd very well, It's a tad shame really, if we can keep this topic open or maybe sticky, I can add games that are stable on this emulation, not a bad punt by Datel but you cant help but think, why didnt they just add the GENS window emulator to the system and everything should play fine on the emotion engine. Its a 50/50 with this piece of conversion software but I Know it goes very cheap second hand, the switching between discs is a tad frustrating too, and the emulator does not like switching of ROM cd's that much, they tend to freeze the emulator completely, so its a frustrating experience, but I will pay good money to play Speedball 2 how I remember it and it does just that, with exceptions of the sound I guess. Once i test it more thoroughly I'll add more.

I FORGOT TO MENTION, THE MAX REPLAY MEMORY MAX MANAGER CORRUPTED MY PS2 MEMORY CARD AND ITS BROKEN!!!!

Update 12:38PM

Gunstar Heros comes out superb, emulation bang on, even the sound. This is a tad strange...hmm
