FTP Client replacement

Hello guys;

I currently use the old CuteFTP 4.2 as my preferred FTP client, i like it a lot. The thing is, apparently, the newer versions after that are a complete piece of turd, and I'd like to update if possible.

I already also tried FlashFTP but I didn't like it.

Do you have any recommendations for a good replacement?

I recommend SMARTFTP (www.smartftp.com).

Its more or less free, and while the interface will initially be distasteful, you'll find that its actually well done once you get used to it.

I like bulletproof and have been using both the client and server for years and never had a problem with it ever. It isn't free though, I think the client is about $30.
