Amiga games: Beneath a steel sky

Hi, I ran the game the other day, &I have no idea what to do at the beginning, where you go down the stairs? I wasnt able to open the door on the right either. :mad:

The dude on the bottom keeps shooting me if I try to go down... :confused:


Can anyone point me to a good tutorial on the game?

Also, Lure of the temptress ... I start off in this dungeon, & then what??? I have no idea how to escape!

The answer lies on the level you're on, don't go downstairs. Unfortunately it's a very obscure pixel hunt to trigger the hotspot to get yourself through the door.

BASK .. another absolute classic. I play it at least once a week on my GP32 handheld ... such a great game.

I played this on the Dreamcast (http://www.dcevolution.net/game_bass.php) not too long ago - great game. I love the old "point-and-click" adventure games - too bad they don't make'em anymore. :(

yeah, i play a few fan made ones like out of order but they've pretty much gone. Well apart from the 3drized, unfunny dull ones.

It was great playing it on the Dreamcast (as well as on the PC, using ScummVM), but I have become a lot more of a "handheld gaming" person in the last 2-3 years. Great to be able to play such classics as the Lucasarts adventures, beneath a steal sky, and so on, while not stuck in front of a PC screen.

But really... What I`m asking about is: What am I supposed to do????? You say dont go downstairs???? Well... I cant go throught the door on the right, & I see no other alternative but to go downstairs... The guy alsways shoots me. And as to what level I`m on: It`s the beginning, after the text, when you`re up there on the rail, & there is this due prancing downstairs. ... He;s the one that has killed me 5 times so far ;)

Also, What am I supposed to do in Lure of the temptress ?
